Cylinder for small excavator series

An excavator is a earth-moving machine that uses a bucket to dig materials either above or below the machine’s supporting surface and then loads them into transport vehicles or discharges them into stockpiles. The materials typically excavated by excavators include soil, coal, sand and silt, as well as soil and rock that have been pre-loosened. Judging from the development of construction machinery in recent years, excavators have advanced rapidly, and today they have become one of the most important types of construction machinery used in engineering projects. The hydraulic cylinders included in the small excavator series are: small excavator boom cylinder, small excavator arm cylinder, and small excavator bucket cylinder.

The cylinder series for medium- and large-sized excavators includes: medium- and large-sized excavator boom cylinders, medium- and large-sized excavator arm cylinders, and medium- and large-sized excavator bucket cylinders.

Pump truck cylinder

A concrete pump truck is a specialized construction vehicle that integrates pumping and conveying functions. It is particularly well-suited for projects requiring large volumes of concrete, as well as for pouring massive, ultra-thick foundation concrete in a single operation. The pump truck cylinder is the core actuating component in the pump truck’s hydraulic system, responsible for driving the lifting and extending movements of the pump truck’s boom arms. Through the coordinated operation of multiple boom cylinders, the delivery boom can be precisely deployed to the desired position, enabling large-scale concrete placement. Pump truck cylinders are made from high-strength materials and feature advanced structural designs, cutting-edge sealing systems, and excellent resistance to eccentric loads. They offer advantages such as heavy-load capacity, high stability, precise control, and adaptability across a wide temperature range.

Hinge clamp cylinder

The articulated vehicle features two frame sections—front and rear—connected by a large hinge assembly equipped with hydraulic steering cylinders. This hinge assembly enables wide-angle steering while also allowing for some pitch and roll movement, ensuring that all four wheels remain firmly in contact with the ground even on uneven or rough terrain. As a result, the vehicle boasts exceptional off-road performance, making it ideal for challenging environments such as construction sites with poor road conditions and tunnels. The lifting cylinders are located at the bottom of both sides of the cargo compartment, enabling the compartment to be raised and tilted for easy dumping of materials like ore, slag, sand, and gravel. These cylinders feature a long stroke and substantial lifting force, allowing them to effortlessly lift heavy loads. The cylinders are constructed from high-strength materials that can withstand high-pressure impacts, and they incorporate built-in cushioning structures in both chambers, enhancing their safety and reliability.

Linear electric cylinder

The electric cylinder adopts a modular design approach, integrating components such as a servo motor, servo driver, and high-precision ball screw. As a result, the entire electric cylinder features a compact structure, low inertia, fast response, high rigidity, low noise, and long service life. The servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw, enabling the servo motor’s encoder to directly provide feedback on the displacement of the electric cylinder’s piston. This eliminates intermediate links, thereby reducing inertia and backlash, and significantly improving control performance, control stiffness, and control accuracy. The servo motor is integrally connected to the electric cylinder, making installation easy, the design simple, and operation convenient.

Reciprocating electric cylinder

The motor of the reciprocating electric cylinder is installed parallel to the cylinder body, and the motor drives the lead screw via a high-strength synchronous belt. Due to its compact overall length, the reciprocating electric cylinder is ideal for applications with limited installation space. The servo motor offers flexible compatibility with the electric cylinder, is easy to install, simple to set up, and convenient to use.
