On the afternoon of December 11, Yu Shengtao, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, along with his delegation, visited the Jinli Group’s Lingong Jinli Hardware Technology Industrial Park project and the Jinli High-end Hydraulic Components Intelligent Factory to conduct research and provide guidance. Gou Hongshui, Member of the Municipal Party Committee, Vice Mayor, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Yihe New Area, as well as Zhang Hongyong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary-General of the Municipal People’s Government, accompanied the inspection. Xu Xiaolong, Chairman of Shandong Jinli Group, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and provided detailed introductions to the relevant circumstances.

At the construction site of the Lingong Jinli Hardware & Technology Industrial Park project, the mayor conducted an on-site inspection of the construction progress and listened to briefings on the project’s planning and development as well as its investment promotion efforts. The mayor expressed his appreciation for the project’s construction schedule and its investment attraction achievements. He pointed out that the Lingong Jinli Hardware & Technology Industrial Park, as a key platform for enhancing the supporting infrastructure of Linyi’s high-end engineering equipment industry chain, plays an important strategic role in promoting cluster-based industrial development and bolstering the stability of the industrial and supply chains through its high-quality construction and operation.
Subsequently, Mayor Yu took a car to the Jinli High-end Hydraulic Components Intelligent Factory to inspect operations on the production floor. At key workstations—including the CNC machining center, the precision assembly line, and the component processing line—Mayor Yu carefully examined production processes, product specifications, and market applications. He also listened to a detailed report from the company on its entire value chain, covering product R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Mayor Yu fully praised Jinli Group’s achievements. He emphasized that the engineering equipment industry is a core leading sector for Linyi City and expressed his hope that Jinli Group would build upon its industrial foundation, optimize its strategic layout, closely monitor cutting-edge trends in the high-end engineering equipment industry, continuously increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, overcome critical core technologies, and continually enhance product added value and market competitiveness, thereby injecting new momentum into the city’s industrial upgrading.
