On January 16, the Shandong Jinli Group’s 2026 Business Annual Conference, themed “Scaling New Heights and Pioneering a New Landscape,” was grandly held in Linyi. More than 200 representatives from core suppliers across the country gathered to strengthen their cooperative ties and jointly outline a blueprint for future development. The meeting was chaired by Xu Liangbo, Deputy General Manager of the Group, while Xu Xiaolong, Chairman of the Group, and Wang Fei, General Manager, attended the conference and delivered important speeches.
In his speech, Wang Fei, General Manager of the Group, stated that suppliers are a core component of the Group’s value chain and serve as a solid foundation for high-quality development. This annual meeting is not only a review and appreciation gathering but also a mobilization event aimed at deepening mutual trust and jointly planning for the future. Mr. Wang proposed that in 2026, Jinli Group will continue to strengthen its core areas such as quality management and procurement management, further deepen collaboration, and enhance communication and coordination in technology R&D, quality control, and cost optimization, thereby collectively boosting the stability and competitiveness of the supply chain.
Xu Liangbo, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group, delivered a business work report. In his report, General Manager Xu comprehensively reviewed last year’s supply chain collaboration achievements from multiple dimensions—including procurement control, R&D collaboration, and intelligent manufacturing—highlighting both key successes and areas for improvement. He also analyzed the new challenges facing the supply chain in light of current market dynamics. Looking ahead to 2026, General Manager Xu proposed deepening cost synergy by jointly exploring cost-reduction pathways such as process optimization and bulk purchasing, thereby achieving mutual value creation. He emphasized strengthening delivery guarantees by establishing an efficient information-sharing mechanism, proactively identifying risks, and coordinating resources to ensure precise order fulfillment. Additionally, he suggested optimizing the cooperation evaluation system, refining supplier tiered management, deepening collaboration with high-quality partners, and driving continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency.
Cao Yongxin, Deputy General Manager of the Group, delivered a quality work report focusing on last year’s supplier performance in terms of quality, analysis of typical issues, and implementation of standards. He reviewed the collaborative achievements in quality control between both parties and objectively identified existing shortcomings. He emphasized that quality is the lifeline of cooperation and the core foundation for achieving win-win market outcomes. Over the past year, with the cooperation of suppliers, the Group has achieved dual improvements—increased raw material pass rates and enhanced production quality stability—by refining end-to-end control processes, conducting joint inspections, and strengthening closed-loop corrective actions. Looking ahead, the Group will deepen its quality management efforts, align quality standards across the board, and promote precise alignment between upstream production and the Group’s own system. The Group also calls upon suppliers to establish rapid response mechanisms, jointly identify potential risks, optimize processes, and reduce risks at the source, working together to build a “zero-defect” supply chain.
The conference solemnly honored 30 outstanding partners of Jinli Group, presenting them with five awards: “Outstanding Supplier,” “Best Collaboration Award,” “Best Delivery Award,” “Technological Innovation Award,” and “Quality Contribution Award.” In addition, representatives from the outstanding suppliers were invited to deliver speeches.
Xu Xiaolong, Chairman of Shandong Jinli Group, delivered an important speech. Grounded in the current macroeconomic environment, the transformative wave sweeping the machinery industry, and the rising demand for high-end products in downstream markets, Chairman Xu provided a thorough analysis of both the opportunities and challenges facing the industry’s future development, while also systematically outlining the group’s strategic layout in the supply chain sector. Chairman Xu pointed out that the machinery industry is currently at a critical window for transformation and upgrading. Greenization, intelligentization, and differentiation have become the core directions for high-quality development of mechanical equipment—this consensus not only reflects the entire industry’s shared vision but also represents the key to breaking through developmental bottlenecks and achieving improved quality and efficiency. Under the new circumstances, Chairman Xu emphasized that market risks have become significantly more contagious and interconnected. Individual enterprises, with their limited resource reserves and core competencies, find it increasingly difficult to independently withstand the impact of complex market fluctuations. Only by forging deep partnerships with supplier partners, pooling our strengths and working together, and building a supply chain ecosystem characterized by deep collaboration, shared risk-taking, and mutual value creation—through complementary resources and synergistic advantages—can we seize strategic advantages in the fiercely competitive industry, lay a solid foundation for stable operations, and achieve long-term, sustainable growth.
Together, we build resilient supply chains and move forward with determination; by pooling our strengths and fostering collaboration, we usher in a new chapter. The successful conclusion of this year’s business conference has laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between Jinli Group and its suppliers. Looking ahead, under the Group’s leadership and with the joint efforts of all parties involved, both suppliers and buyers will step up their collaboration and adopt more pragmatic measures to jointly control costs, align management practices, and ensure consistent quality. Together, we’ll build a more resilient supply-chain ecosystem. In 2026, we’ll join forces to reach new heights and explore uncharted territories, writing a new chapter of mutual success and win-win outcomes.
