The servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw, enabling the servo motor’s encoder to directly provide feedback on the displacement of the electric cylinder’s piston. This eliminates intermediate links, thereby reducing inertia and backlash, and significantly improving control performance, control stiffness, and control accuracy. The servo motor is integrally connected to the electric cylinder, making installation easy, the design simple, and operation convenient.
